Basically you register and say what convention you want to join and an admin will take a look and see if you qualify and if so they will approve you. You may get a phone call if the Admin doesn't recognize your email login. So, registering just means that you will be out in a queue to get activated and it may take a few days, so be patient.
If you are a department Overseer or Assistant, select your department and we will give you rights over it.
If you are the approver of volunteers for your congregation, let us know and we will give you rights over it.
